Changes made by company without informing me
I joined First For Women in November 2013 after buying my car and the deal was that I would pay a premium and they would pay a part of that premium to the tracking company for the tracking device, I had to pay the tracking device directly. I have been receiving calls recently from the tracking company to advise that I will be listed as I have not been paying a premium for the tracking device. I have called First For Women and sent emails and I'm still not assisted. I called today and Neel Naidoo advised that he will listen to the recordings and get back to me after 4pm, it still doesn't make sense why he will take a few hours to look into the matter when the matter was brought up months ago. This kind of service is upsetting and unacceptable. Can someone who actually cares just look into this and have it sorted out.
