Change first for women to last, degrading, delaying. Lack of service. Take advantage for women..!!

The way I loved this insurance you can trace your records from the 1st time I bought my car I insured with you 2013,cancelled due to financial issues when to another insurance by the time I came back to you guys unfortunately was involved in an accident the insurance I was that I cancelled to be with you guys rejected my claim with was a knock in the face and my mistake when I insured with you guys I didn't say may I be insurered immediately so for sometime was paying for a car which was rejected but anyway I survived the ordeal.....bought another brand new car joined another insurance but because I lived first for women came back I was insured with you but now I'm so disssapointed in the service I didn't one day I'll be complaining about you guys the insurance I love so much and advise people to join, but I'm hurt feel useless, lost my dignity I made a claim on the 16April I forgot who I spoke to but I had advised her that the car is with the dealership and they still diagnosing it because of the message I got Engine failure harzard she told me about my huge excess I told her to place the claim on hold told her let me wait for Renault and see if they won't fix the problem, she said I can call to reopen the claim, Tuesday 17 April morning I get a call from the Service advisor Renault telling me they won't be fixing the car because it's an accident claim the bump on the left hand side of the front bumper is causing that light engine harzard failure, then immediately I called first for women to open the claim number to trace when I open the claim because I had no airtime ********** I was uneasy because the person that opened my claimed it felt she was new she didn't sound the same as the person I spoke to on the 16April she then said to me since my claim is R9900 I'm going to pay R5900 for my Claim first for women will pay the remaining and I repeatedly asked are you sure why didn't the previous agent explain that she said yes that's how things are done I was so relieved thank God @least my debt won't be that bad, then I called again to update my details I called again claims department making sure my claim was opened because I didn't trust the girl I spoke to, she asked is there any thing you'd like to claim I told her the windscreen she said ok she will add it on the claim i asked her when do you pay the excess she said once the car is done and they Bring it to you that's when you pay the excess another relieve @least I can try hustle that amount, then she said the person that's dealing with my case is Mrs Nworjahan Ali she called around 1pm or 12 pm telling me they sending a tow truck @ Renault in alberton she said I must quickly go get my person details I did that mind you all this was on the 17 April, 19April I get worried haven't gotten a call from the tow I work night shift so I call First for women @10 am and ask what's going on the lady from the claims department says my claim wasn't processed I'm like What!!!who's dealing with my claim says shes send an email to Mrs Ali to call me I had to call @ 3 pm still waiting for MRS ALI which from today she hasn't called me when I call again I'm told she's busy on the line I was shocked is this the kind of treatment we get by them I'm getting worried about the storage fees car was supposed to be fetched on the 17April it's the 19April car is still @ the delearship the lady I forgot her name said she will assist me send a request to the towing department I forgot her names but thanks to her 19April that's when I saw light, when I got to work I saw an email from Wendy louw her service was the best the car was finally Towed Friday the 20th April, from then there's been silent I got an sms on the 24 April telling me the car is going for assessment if I need any assist I should contact the call center I didn't understand why I must call, because first for women has to call me to update on the process theres always been silent till I called on the 26 April because I'm worried I wonder how's my car like whats going on, I was transfered to Mr Naidoo who told me his waiting for the results i asked him when will I get feedback he said Wednesday I told him morning he said 15:00pm I haven't head anything like I don't understand what's going on, you know now I'm waiting for a call to tell me come fetch the car or we've done fixing your car like I'm stranded I work night shift knock off @ 5am I have to wait so it could be clear to walk to the rank, I fear using public transport it's embarrassing I'm paying for a car and insurance but no car no feedback at all its been 18 days without a car, I'm ashamed feel weak 01may was so wet rain got me but I have a car I'm disappointed
