chance takers!

<p>i was involved in an accident in november 2016, and the other party isinsured by FFW, a few weeks after the accident i received a call advising that I have to pay R29459 for damages casued to the other party's vechile. i advised the consultant that I did not cause the accident the lady that I spoke to referred me to a gentleman to whom I again had to explain the matter. the consultant then asked for pictures of my vechile for them to look into the matter, that was late December. up until now, I have had no response from them. isent through pictures as requested and those pictures were never forwarded on to the right department. i received a message from an attorney firm advising me that I have been handed over because of this matter. FFW is not helpful at all and still blames me for the accident, why was I handed over without the matter being reassessed? there is no way in hell that I will pay for damages not caused by me. and if ever any judgement is lodged against me for this I will definitely take FFW to court!! i am currently looking for car insurance and although FFW gave a really good quote I will never consider taking up insurance nor recommend their pathetic service to anyone!</p>
