Case not resolved

My case was not resolved on Saturday I locked my car keys inside the boat and I called 1st for women to assit me to get thrm out however the lock smith guy who they sent he couldn't get them out after we waited for more thsn three hours for him to come and advised me that there is nothing they can do because locksmith failed to certain reasons and the only option they've got for me is to tow the car to the safe place whoch will be my home or to the service garage which is Ford and I have only one tow per incident therefore I slept at the church where the car was because I couldn't leave it alone there then on Sunday I called locksmith and they did manage to get the car keys out within 30 minutes my question is I feel like I was not assisted enough their locksmith was rushing to other cases so I would like to be refunded for the money that I paid that their locksmith could not do what other locksmith they can do he did not put effort at all advising me of breaking a window who does that I want to be refunded back my money that's all I am asking or else I switch insurance, thank k you.
