Car not repaired for 3 months. Poor service.

Really disappointed with 1st for women. My car has been sent for repair since July. Till today, I don't have a car and I'm paying insurance everymonth. Their mechanic send ls automated messages everyday saying they are waiting for parts. This is really poor service. 3 months without a car. Very disappointing. Their sales people are friendly and all, but when it comes to the actual service you'll be disappointed. It's all words. Dooooon't use 1st for women. You will cry.
