Car Insurance claim Rejected

I am very disappointed with 1st for women. The insurance assessor falsified information on the claim rejection report. The service was profusely poor. My claim was only responded to after 7 weeks of being logged. I had to follow up with them since they were not communicating with me pro-actively. This experienced damaged my reputation as a professional and affected my service offering to my clients since I was car less for that long. I chose 1st for women since it is well known in the public as a trusted brand that is servicing women. None that is associated with the brand was experienced by me. The whole process was a mess and as a resulted caused trauma. 1st for women needs to upgrade their service and also account to covering my claim since the basis of their rejection to my claim is based on falsified evidence which I have records to prove otherwise.
