Car in the Bermuda Triangle for the past week.

<p>I called my insurance company last week Monday to lodge a claim. After spending a substantial amount of time on the phone I was informed that the vehicle would be fetched and taken to the assessment yard. I called back last Thursday at which point I was told that they weren't even sure where my vehicle was. I had then given the address for the second time to get the vehicle fetched and now exactly a week later the vehicle still hasn't been fetched. They are also still uncertain as to where the vehicle is. </p>
