I have insurance policy with First for women comprehensive. It says it includes courtesy car option. Now I need to use that option they tell me I have to pay R1950.<br> And it's nowhere in the policy rules where it mention that you have to pay that amount.<br> Am upset with the service as I see it's not fair as it was not communicated.<br>
