Car emergency to go to panelbeater

My claim was successfully approved to have my car fixed 30 days ago by the insurance company.

I was told by the insurance company that the panelbeaters are only open for emergency repairs...

I can't drive with my car AT ALL... As the back side is bent, my boot is not closing and there is no rear window...

The insurance tells me my car is not to be fixed now I have to wait for level 3 as it is not an emergency??

How can it not be an emergency???? My car was in an accident a day before the lock down and I have been stuck ever since without a vehicle!!!!

Level 5 I could understand that they won't fix my vehicle, but now they are open for emergency repairs in level 4?????

Last week I was told my vehicle will be fixed this week I need to take my car to automagic in Centurion... I explained i live in witbank and the was told they'll let me know this week where to take my car to...

I am frustrated without transport please assist!!!
