Car assessment dragging

I was in a car accident last Monday the 16th of November before 7:00am, the car was towed that very same day before 10:00am. A claims consultant by the name of Sifiso from 1st for women called me that day afternoon and told me that the car will be accessed on the damages and I will get feedback within 48 hours as to whether the car can be fixed or not. On Wednesday I received a call from Taslima who advised that the car has not yet been accessed and I should wait till Monday to get feedback on the car which is today. Today she calls me to say she doesn't have the assessment report as yet and I must wait till Wednesday. It has been a week already and you guys can't even access the damages on the car????? You keep stretching the outcome dates and it's unprofessional because you are the ones giving me these dates which you fail to adhere to. I have to take 2 kids to different schools with an Uber and go to work which is 49KM from my house. Public transport is not an option since I stay in a new development. I honestly don't have the energy to do this with you guys...I DON'T. I still have to deal with a teenager that has nightmares from the accident and is writing exams. My energy levels are very low right now.
