Cant reduce my premium

I have been with the insurance for a couple of years I am getting better deals from other insurance but still want to remain with my current one because of me being the loyal customer but they can only reduce with roughly hundred and something .I am very disappointed that the insurance does not take me serious and they not even willing to reduce even the consultant that I spoke to did not even care when I told her I might consider cancelling because I am getting cheaper deals.
