Can't get any response from 1st for women

1st for women doesn't put women first. I've been emailing and trying to contact them about a dispute since the 29th of July 2025 and it's now the 8th August 2025 and to date no one is even acknowledged me.. yoh and that time they debiting before my debit date. This is disgusting.
