Can't cancel my policy! 1st for Women keeps deducting funds!

I have tried to cancel my insurance three weeks ago. I am struggling to get hold of the "right department". Every single time I phone in, they put me through to the cancellations/retentions department and it seems like they just can't assist me or even answer my call! The last time I stayed on the line for 20 minutes and no one answered!!

I want to cancel my policy!!!! I want a refund on my insurance!! I already have another insurance, so now my account is being deducted twice!!
