Cannot afford excess cannot have my vehicle repaired

I have had a policy with 1st for women for almost 6 years. To my knowledge I had started out with an excess of about R3000. My excess has over the years increased to R 5100. I understand your premiums increase but how come the excess especially with an good claims history. I was involved in an accident yesterday where my wheel got damaged in the process and a slight dent to the bottom of the vehicle. Road side assistance provided good assistance I my vehicle was towed away as it was underivable. I am however stranded with no clue of where to from here and vehicle still at the tow house

Can someone kindly urgently calk me back regarding the excess issue. The claims department have advised that they cannot make a call. My vehicle is standing on the street and my central locking not functioning. The towing company has towed it back to my place of residence and truck could not fit through the narrow garage to release the vehicle urgent assistance please
