Cancellation Woes

I cancelled my policy end of April 2021 speaking to Faizel, he did not do it. The company keeps on debiting my account. Trying to get them to refund and cancel is a nightmare. They seem not to be able to complete this simple task. They want to cancel on the current date and therefore OFCOURSE not refund me the ill gotten gains.
