Cancellation of policy
I cancelled my policy on 2nd of September and they debited my account for September and October. When I called them they gave an excuse that they do not accept cancellation by email but you have to phone. An email is in black and white were as a phone call can be one’s word against the other🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️
