Cancellation of Policy

I've been trying to cancel my insurance policy for the last two days. Every time someone answers my call and then they ask for my details. Once I give them my details, they put me through to their "cancellation department". However I never come through to their "cancellation department". The phone just keeps on ringing until it cuts you off.
