Cancellation of a cancellation
Very pleasant conversation this morning with this gentleman. Very professional, calm and clued-up.<br> <br> My intention was cancelling my insurance, but after speaking to him I ended up not cancelling after all.<br> <br> Retentions is lucky to have him on their team!
