Cancellation - no refund received

I cancelled my vehicle cover on 20th September and did not receive a refund. I have been calling and have been sent from pillar to post. I was advised that the only person who can process my refund is the one who did my cancellation; however, no1 is getting back to me. I have since bought a new vehicle, and because of the service I received, I will not be going back to 1st for women.
