Good day,

I'm very upset, that although I contactedt he policy services email address 9 days ago (24 January) that they have still gone ahead with the policy deduction, placing my account in arrears! Inception of my FFW policy was going to take effect on 1 February but I decided to stick with the current provider instead. Email was sent on the 24 January, yet, today 2 February they still went ahead with the debit order.

I want this reversed today as I have no funds in my account left!

I suppose although their emails clearly state: Please let us know if you have any questions or further changes – call us on ***or send an email to **********

They choose to ignore the emails... so it's clearly not monitored.

from: Natasha Meyer ********** />to: ********** />date: Tue, Jan 24, 2017 at 3:38 PM
subject: Re: ********** 8# Your Policy Amendment: ********** 56
mailed-by: gmail.com

Good day

Please can you cancel this, inception date was from 1 February2017 but I received an SMS earlier this month regarding the policy and issues with the policy. I can't remember what it was, but for now I'll stick with the current insurance I have.

Thanks in advance.
