cancellation

i got stuck and required road side assitance , me and my wife both called firt for woman ad ddnt get answered, as a result i ended up geting towing truck which charged me R700,00.

a day/2 later i contacted 1st for woman and lodged the road side claim that i payed for , the claim has not been attend to a week later , when i call agents tell me that they cant see the claim bacuse of its nature, furthermore everytime when i call and try to cancel my insurance with them , the cancellation department always says my line is bad and hangs up . this if after holding on the line for +15minutes.

1st for woman , why do i have to struggle to cancel ,should i now just be reversing your debit orders since its a pain and seemingly impossible to cancel my insurance with you guys ???????????????
