Cancel Policy! Calls magically drop before ever being able to do so! This is the worst service I have ever recieved with an insurance agent!

I have been trying to cancel my policy for 3 months. Every single time I am "transferred to a consultant that will assist you with cancelling your policy", and every single time I am cut off before reaching thus hypothetical line that magically cuts off - this person must be a hugh commodity as I have never been able to reach them. I am beyond angry and will not accept a "yes it has NOW been cancelled" - trace your calls and mails and CANCEL the policy on the first inquiry listed to do so and get me someone who can refund 2 months of DOUBLE debits experienced because of your lack of client service.
