I agree Phaphama, my policy No. ***. Having the same issue with ref no. 107280. My car have been moved from Renew-it in Edenvale to Randburg and they have not even ordered parts which is process No. 2 and this is since 1st week of June. The process of fixing the car start from process 1 - 10. I have requested them for another courtesy car for extra 2 weeks and they are always saying they have escalated my query. I have been using uber ever since. Ladies be aware that you will wait for your car to be repaired for close to 6 months to be repaired. Is this what you have sign-up for?
