can't keep time

So last week I received a call regarding a quote that I asked for. some lady then called me to confirm that I requested a quote and what time would I like to be called. I then said to her can I please be called between 9:30a.m and 10 o'clock but that didn't happen. Now I've been getting missed calls from your number from Friday at 10:38a.m till today.which was a total inconvenience for me. What's even funny is that not even once have I received a call on the requested time. Can the calls please stop. its annoying now
