Can someone intervene, I'm totally disgusted by this Jade Jason's etiquette!!!

I've paying for a legal cover for years until I needed to use it last year July! To my dismay, I was told by Jade Jason today that she has not responded to my emails from 2022 BECAUSE SHE'S BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS!!! How dare you? Am I not a paying customer? This issue has been sitting with you since July 2022 and you've failed action anything constructive yet I still pay month-on-month! This is completely unacceptable! Then you have the tenacity to put the phone down apparently because I'm shouting at you simply because I'm asking you why you haven't responded to my emails since last year and how is it you haven't received an email sent to you on Friday 13 Oct referring to be a possible listing against me BECAUSE YOU'VE BEEN SITTING ON THIS MATTER FOR MORE THAN A YEAR SERVICING OTHER CUSTOMERS! Can someone intervene, I'm totally disgusted by this Jade Jason's etiquette!!!
