Calls ring until they are cut off but new client lines barely ring and are answered!

I terminated my contract with ffw and the agent advised that the debit will still go through but they will reverse it. Whenever I call I hold for about 15 minutes and the phone line cuts off. If I call new accounts the phone barely rings and it is answered. What witchcraft is this ?
