Call Centre with attitude refuse to put you through to some one els
Good day, If you just has taken out insurance with you and are clushing with Rachel and she refuse to put you through to some else? I suppose I need to cancel this policy!

20 Nov 2024, 12:15The policy can be cancelled as the per email that was send. Not intreseted in a policy if you need to struggle with call centre who has attitude and forse to speak to if you don't want to. I rather go to some one who is willing to listen and make comments that is unnecesary.
