Call centre agent with bad attitude / bad service

yesterday i recieve a call for someone at First for woman it was regarding a rental car that was booked for me as mine was @ the penal beaters which the insurance choose for me the reason for the call was that i was suppose to have taken back the rental car back as i have passed my days i explain to the lady that nobody told about me returing the car even at the rental the said its 30 day so i ask her what must i do as i'm at the work and i dnt hv any other car and my car is still at the penal beaters she said that my problem i should take back the car back to the rental department and she was shouting at me so i'm very disappointed with the treatment i got for the insurance and i will never ever recommend anyone to join
