13 Oct 2021 I burned both legs, my right hand and right foot with scorching cooking oil. I only had my 3 children with me, 12y, 10y, 7y. I used their app to get medical response and assistance. No show! In agony I had to guide my son to help as and where he could and get hold of friends. No help what so ever from that sales gimmick! When I contacted them in this regard I was told all the ambulances were out and cant help me....really. even though they work on a network you want to convince me of that.
