BUNCH OF ********!!!!!!

If I was able to give a zero rating, I would. Claiming here is a nightmare. I took a home and portable possessions insurance for my iPhone 6s+ and for Building structure. Luckily for me and I thank God for this is that just a month after paying my first premium, I got ******. I say it's luck because I would've continued paying for nonsense. I then called and tried to claim. I did everything that was needed. And submitted everything. Which was so ridiculous. Alot of stuff were required, stuff that I didn't know would be required as they only said they'd need my Imei number only when I took the insurance out. My problem was when they asked me to log into my Apple ID. I gave them the Apple ID of which they asked me to log into my Apple ID account and provide proof that I tried to locate the phone. That's when I realized I had trouble logging into my account and that apple ID showed as it was deleted. As if someone had access to my phone to remove my apple ID. They then told me I wouldn't be able to get approved for my claim after I went up and down, still traumatized as hell, trying to get the information for them! Now that's not where it ends, they still debited the premium for the iPhone from my account, yet they know I do not have the iPhone anymore! I am still waiting to be refunded! Bunch of skelems. When I called to enquire about why the money was debited they told me it's because I never called to ask it to be removed, yet I called to report it as ******. They still told me that my claim was not approved because I didn't pay my premium for the month of October, yet the phone got ****** in August and I claimed in August. They are the ones that dragged the whole process right into October! And oh, they say they cover also for make-up and money if you lost those. Oh yeah, I didn't get anything for the make up that was ****** with the bag. Nor the money. I still have to do my ID again with my own money, yet they said they covered that! I am disgusted in first for women! First for *** and skelems. Don't care zilch about us. And after I made the claim, I tried for daaaaays to get them to call me back, they never did! They just tossed me to Telesure Investment Holdings and they didn't even call once to find out if all is well
