Bumper falling off after 2 panel beaters worked on my car!

I had an accident in 2017 and got my car back after 3 months but it was not fixed right. I followed up and went into 2018 with those issues 6 months into 2018 and 2nd panel beater my car was still not fixed right. I got tired on following up! They were meant to change the bumpers and they put glue till today there’s gaps and my car looks old! Now because the bumpers were not fixed properly there’s things falling out in the front of the car onto the tyre and they are dragging on the road some parts came off! I’ve gotten stuck before because of this!!! I’m sick and tired of this now! FFW fix my car right please!!!!!!
