Bullying of customer who wants to cancel.
Super disappointed in 1st for Women. I'm trying to cancel my policy for 2 days straight now. Requested several callbacks and called 7 times already. Employees that cannot assist me called me back with no solutions. Got on the phone finally with a guy that was bullying me into keeping this policy. When I again said I'm not interested he put the phone down. I'm the customer and I want to cancel. How difficult can you make the process to cancel, as the only option is to phone in, and then it doesn't get answered???? Please look into the bullying of customers as I definitely don't see it as a sales tactic to retain an already frustrated customer and it goes straight against your policy.
