Building Damage

On the 23 of April 2025, i submitted a claim for the property damage to 1st for women and i was told that they will send a plumber to call me the next day. I waited the whole day and no call was received. On the 25th of April 2025 i made a follow up call to they and the agent i spoke to confirmed that the call/incidence was not registered on their system but he then did that for me and promised they will call me back on the same day or the latest the following day.

Today in the 30th April 2025 and still have not gotten a call, nor have the damage been fixed/evaluated and the damage is now getting bigger and bigger.
