Building Claim

The service I have received from 1st for women this time is appalling. I am so disappointed. I logged a claim over a month ago and I am still taken from pillar to post. Inspection was done twice already and still no installation. I had to call a thousand times to follow up on the inspection. I do not understand why I should be the one following up on your service providers/ contractors. The claim was close even before anything was done. If you continue to do business this way, you will lose clients.

Hopefully you will reach out to me and finally attend to my claim.
