Brutality by the hands of First for Woman

I had my cell phone and cor covered with First for Woman Insurance. during this year around April, had damaged my phone and had to claim for it and then to learn that my cell cover was cancelled, sad. they investigated and came to conclusion that i indeed did not cancell the cover but it was too late as i had bought a new cell with my own money n decided not to proceed with claim.

now i realized that since August my premiums had gone up by above 13% and this i realised last night, contacted them and then was told that i was informed that it went through review and as a result of review it had to go up. the consultant who was telling me this decided to end chat and never had clarity.

I had never seen any mail informing me of any increase, if i had seen the mail, would have moved to another insurer

please re-send mail, please do not send me a new mail, resend the 1 i was told it was sent to me or refund the difference.

i will also start looking for a cheaper and reliable insurance
