Bring back my money!!!!

I cancelled their car insurance 3 months ago, they keep on debiting my money. I cannot access my funds anymore and I spoke to Lethabo Mosiya and she promised to refund me my R1374, that was last week Tuesday and she said it will reflect in my account after 3 days but I am still waiting, I don't have my money as promised. Can 1st for Women management just take people seriously instead of this appalling behavior you give to people and the empty promises of replying in your review saying someone will call you, but nobody ever does!
