Brilliant service

I called on behalf of my daughter who was involved in an accident where someone went into the back of her new car. As I was requesting something beyond what the call centre could assist, I was transferred to their manager, Alisha. She was very understanding, empathetic and showed concern for the unfortunate situation my daughter was in. I can see why they are called 1st for Women. Thank you Alisha!
