Bridge of contract

I have car insurance with FIRST FOR WOMAN INSURANCE. Since 2010 I have never made any claim. I recently was bumped by a car and reported the case at FIRST FOR WOMAN INSURANCE. I have paid the access which is even expensive for my car insurance R3500 for a Corsa lite, 1.4 2007. I have never unpaid my insurance and never had problems from my back account. At the beginning my insurance told me that the cost of the damage to my car is R15000, they will pay it to panel beaters. My car is at panel beaters, now I received a call from them to say The damage from the car can not be fixed because my care was bought second hand and was involved in an accident before I bought it, therefore they can only give me R10 000 to fix the car by myself. Before they signed me for insurance they assessed the car, why they did not refuse to sign me if this is the problem. Why now the damage is less than R15500 when they have to pay cash. I am cancelling my insurance and will take them to my lawyers to deal with them. They are taking chances. I am so exhausted with their stories. They are sending me up and down for sweet nothing. This is not acceptable at all. I will deal with them.
