Breach of POPI ACT

Had a mobile phone on the policy, which got damaged. The incident was reported to FFW. FFW came back said the phone is unrepairable, they will replace it or reimburse me. All of that was done by the book and I'm very happy with that service. The problem is a few days later I receive an email from my security app on the phone that the phone has new SIM card in and that someone is busy trying to change my email, skype and Onedrive account password. I was informed the phone is unrepairable and will be s****ped. I contacted FFW informed them and they said they will look into it. That was a month ago still haven't received any feedback.

Still, the issue hasn't been addressed and still waiting for feedback. Phoned the call centre and they are unable to assist. I will never ever again expect FFW to dispose of my damage phone properly again.
