Breach of Contract

RE: Letter of complaint <br> Dear 1st for Women<br> <br> It is with a heavy heart and great disappointment that I email to you guys, it is almost a month now that I am awaiting my spare wheel, and two months for my access monies to be recovered by your Legal Department<br> I have been asked to be patient for the past months and that is what I have done with no contact from the so called Managers. <br> <br> I'm stuck, I don't know what must I do or say to get a service delivery.<br> <br> With my humble spirit I hereby urge you to help and treat my complaint as a matter of urgency, these problems were supposed to have been resolved as I am paying client and have not skipped a payment., but till now it is not resolved, may you please assist me to get at least my spare wheel as I would like to go on Holiday like other families for the Easter Weekend.<br> <br> I chose to still show respect in my letter hope that won't make you undermine the purpose &amp
