Bogus insurance and disappointing

I'm very Disappointed and very frustrated.. how can we trust these insurance ongoing if they are going to always try finding ways to reject our claims.. my car was on an accident on the 16th Nov and filed for a claim on the 17th , submitted everything they wanted for claim and passed on to Telesure investment holdings with agents calling me telling me my car has too may trips ,that I used it for business, which they failed to provide me proof of their false allegations.. they create stories and doesn't want to pay which is very frustrating..
