blatant rudeness

I am truly disgusted by the lady who phoned me today 18 December 2023 at 11h33. I told her that Im busy and that I couldn't speak. (it's our monthly cut off). as soon as i told her that i was busy she just ended the call without a good bye. if she had asked to call back at a more convenient time. i would have taken the call as im looking for new insurance.

after this blatant rudeness... i dont wish to be contacted by 1st for women again.
