billed for the phone that was paid for
<p>In 2014 I claim fir 9630 curve BlackBerry. It was paid in November can't recall the date I called to update the new phone 9720. I was surprised I received the policy documents and it was not cancelled. I then claimed for refund and until today they are still investigating the matte</p>
