Biggest Mistake - Don’t use FFW!

Terrible customer service. Their agents are sleeping, most of them seem to be “on training.” They take forever to phone you back regarding claims or queries (if they do at all!), and unless you keep phoning them, they won’t get back to you. So frustrating. Moving over to them was the biggest mistake, even if they are cheaper.
