BIG THANK YOU

<p>I would once again like to thank all at FFW Insurance for their impecable service and attention to detail. during the manic festive season, actually 23rd December 2016, I had a broken water pipe at my house resulting in my water being switched off and family arriving the next day for the Festive Season. From my first phone call to FFW the problem was dealt with efficiently and courteously. Although very difficult to get a plumber out at that time of year, FFW were constantly in touch both by phone and SMS to ensure that plumbers were in touch with me and suitable arrangements had been made. When a couple of the Plumbers advised they couldnt do the call out, FFW merely found someone else who could. they certainly reduced my stress levels and fastforwaded the claims process and assessment to enable the work to be done that day. many thanks for making a stressful situation at a stressful time of year much easier to deal with. </p>
