Beyond Pathetic

If I could give this insurance a minus 100 rating I would have. I have never been so disappointed in a deuce provider like this one. From 8:30 this morning I have been calling and no1 could assist me instead they expect me to pay for a tow truck, show where in my contract states that you will tow my car to the nearest dealership, I need it to be towed to a mechanic if my choice. I had to talk to over 5 different people and explain the same bull**** over and over. A team leader that’s more *********** than his team decide to tell me that he will call me before business ends while being on the call with, he could have handled the query but clearly not competent enough. Please can I have my premiums paid back to me in order to resolve my own towing. This is by far the worst service I received. As a women, what if I was stranded along a road and it’s over 4 hours later and no1 can assist. Beyond pathetic. So much for being first for women.
