Honestly the most expensive but most reliable and efficient insurance. I hate that I pay so much, but love that your agents are mostly well trained and I never get sent from pillar to post like with the Miway ****. Well done, 1st for Women, you guys are doing this insurance thing the right way...

A needed tweak, when we call in for quotes, your agents refuse to help us unless we guarantee them we're gonna sign up. I've worked in the sales department of a company before, and I understand this might mess their 'sales turnover' or whatever. However the potential customer is the one that gets punished because of this. Before I got my insurance, i was hung up on by 3 of your agents because i mentioned i did not have the car yet and was merely comparing quotes. Please remove this from the sales team kpi requirements because all it does is deter potential customers from choosing your insurance, because we feel your agents are rude and don't value customers.

Otherwise great experience for the most part.
