Been waiting soooo long to hear about a claim

On the 6th of February i took my flat tire to Tiger wheel and tire to get assest for a claim. All the details were sent to First for woman that day. No one contacted me for two weeks when i asked for a call back just to hear they received everything accept the quote. I then asked Tiger wheel and tire to send the quote. I again didnt hear anything till a week later i contacted FFW and again they said they didnt receive the quote. The quote was then sent again to First for woman and i was CC'd in on it so i know it was sent. ( 2nd March). I was then contacted few days later and was told they would look at the quote and let me know..Nothing since then!! I can not believe how long it is taking. I am now driving for over a month with NO spare tire... i have tried to be understanding but comon.. im a woman who drives alone.. what happens if i get a flat again???? Why did no one contact me from the start when i first sent the info and they didnt get the quote... why is there such bad service.. i am not at all happy!!
