Been a client since 2012, happy with insurance service provided over the years, I have not considered changing service providers even though I’ve been approached by a few in the industry. I have always recieved good service telephonically from all the contact centre agents when I needed to call in. Today I found out about the additional added benefits as a FFW policy holder!
