Because I have been trying to contact you first for women to fix my address,year model of my car and other details. Right after hanging up, some of the stuff is still wrong. Like right now, my Daytime parking is a mismatch , it says Cleary Park Shopping Centre in Motherwell on my app but I specifically told the lady on the phone that it's Cleary Park Shopping Centre in Hillside/Bethelsdorp not Motherwell. On top of that The lady increased my Access from R6400 to R7300 without even telling me that. I have made 3 phone calls today only to fix all my stuff but as I am sitting here, there's still something not right. Friday someone was supposed to get back to me, even that didn't happen and no changes were made until I had to call again today. Even then…then still stuff that’s wrong. Wow!!! Pathetic first for women.
